The Swiss investors sentiment index fell by 0.7 points from the previous month to 17.5 in May 2024, down from a two-and-a-half-year high of 18.2 in April.

According to UBS, which collaborates with the CFA Society Switzerland to release the indicator, survey participants' primary concern was the country's economic growth, while anticipating further appreciation of the Swiss franc against the euro and the US dollar.
